In txemafernandez.com – Contabiliza punto es we are environmentally friendly and we strictly follow the rule of do not print if it is not necessary “SAVE PAPER – THINK BEFORE PRINTING”

Once registration is completed and you have received your username and password the steps to follow are very simple:

  • Step 1: Turn your receipts into pdf files or scan them. You can do this with every other relevant documentation and accounting or tax material. It is better to use pdf, but we can also work with other formats like tiff, jpg, etc…
  • Step 2: Login with your client account and upload your files to the server.

  • Step 3: We will process and account the documents.
  • Step 4: We file, classify and order the documents to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for easily and quickly.
  • Step 5: ALL your documents AVAILABLE for you when YOU WANT and where YOU WANT.
